Wow… i really appreciated getting this article through email today… many inspiring and powerful message here. Enjoy!

—————————-

Question: Masters, I know that human celebrations may seem a little artificial to you, being outside of planet Earth’s time zone. But the dawn of the calendar year, for us, is a time when we human beings like to make lists of “good resolutions. ” We usually aim at things like losing weight, stopping smoking, and speaking nicely to our mother-in-law. If you were to make a list of good resolutions for humankind, what would it contain?

Answer: This question really started an interesting discussion among us. Our first point of interest was what we would consider a “good” resolution-you do know that we do not judge good, bad, or best. But then we laid semantics aside and dived into the issue. Our point of view was from a rather different perspective than yours might be: we looked from the angle of souls wishing to complete their mission to Earth. With that in mind, our list would read:

1. To become aware of our true nature.

2. To love all souls sharing this journey with us even when we do not like the nature of their chosen lessons.

3. To accept ourselves fully as we are because it is necessary for the path we walk.

4. To learn to banish all fear so we might see the lesson within.

5. To understand the lessons we came to Earth to learn.

6. To trust in the Universe knowing it will not give us more than we can endure.

7. To have faith in our self because we are divine.

8. To know we create our own reality so we have the power to create what we need to complete our journey.

9. To be able to release the human ego to enjoy fully the unconditional love of the soul.

10. To live each day in communion with our fellow souls in unconditional love.

Happy Earth New Year to all!

Question: Masters, thank you-I was absolutely blown away by the New Year’s resolutions that you published last week. They seem so simplistic, yet when I thought of the various ways to implement them in my life I was amazed at their complexity. Would it be possible to say a few words or give a few suggestions about reaching these goals?

Answer: We were chuckling to ourselves when we dictated the list to our channel Toni. This short selection of activities, with a few minor additions, encompasses the entirety of the Earth experience for the soul. While this has given us the idea that a short book expounding upon these statements is in order, in the meantime we will be happy to make some comments to assist you.

“To become aware of your true nature” is to connect with the unconditional love that resides within you. It is to be able to feel your soul, your connection to Source and to the Universe. With this knowledge also comes the ability to access what has come before in other incarnations, realized by knowledge from your Akashic (celestial) record. Many refer to this as the awakening of the soul within the human body.

“To love all souls sharing this journey with you even when you do not like the nature of their chosen path” is a realization that each soul has freedom of choice and chooses what to experience. Within these choices are a lot of things considered negative within the
realm of Earth. No one likes the dictator, the egotist, or the controller if they impact one’s life. You must get to the point of seeing that their part is simply the choice they made for this lifetime and is not something that is done to give you a bad time. It is one of your contracts to be within their sphere of operation. Remember you are all the same and all from the same Source.

“To accept yourself fully as you are because it is necessary for the path you walk” means that the reality you adopt concerning your physical attributes, and your mental and emotional stabilities, needs to be a reflection of how you appear as judged by your society. Many people who have body weight issues or personality disorders refuse to accept that they have chosen these issues to learn from them. In order to use obesity or antisocial behavior as a lesson you must first accept that it is present and, at the moment, who you are. Then you may discover why you wished to learn from this posiition for that is the path you wrote for yourself.

“To learn to banish all fear so you might see the lesson within.” The only emotions that exist on Earth are various forms of fear and love. The soul exists in unconditional love. If you give up your power on Earth by embracing fear, you become unable to see anything else. Therefore, you must put aside the fear to see the soul’s desired lesson within any situation. Accept that as a soul you are unconditional love.

“To understand the lessons you came to Earth to learn” refers to first going through the lesson chosen. Second is to take the knowledge of the energies, both positive and negative, which were generated during the lesson. This means to see what effect your actions during the lesson had upon yourself and those who were also a part of the lesson. This finally results in an understanding of the reasons you chose that lesson, which gives you the wisdom of that particular lesson.

“To trust in the Universe knowing it will not give you more than you can endure” is an affirmation of the universal law that in order to learn from the Earth experience you must not be overwhelmed in the process. The Universe does not want you spending all your time treading water and not getting anywhere. To obtain the wisdom from a lesson, you must be able to complete it if you give yourself to the experience, accepting the responsibility for what you are doing. You are, after all, a part of the Universe.

“To have faith in yourself because you are divine” is a statement of fact concerning your essence. To easily walk through your Earth lessons you need to obtain a sense of your soul. Your soul was broken off from Source and therefore you are also Source. Being Source, who would not have faith in their decisions and conclusions about their experienced lessons? But even if you cannot fully appreciate your divinity, have faith in those feelings that come from within. For inside all dwells the soul, which is who you truly are.

“To know you create your own reality, so you have the power to create what you need to complete your journey.” Your soul has freedom of choice, which allows you to create any reality you feel is necessary to finish each task you have chosen. With this comes the
understanding that it is incumbent upon you to make the required choices and to begin the requisite actions necessary to take you in your desired direction.

“To be able to release the human ego to enjoy fully the unconditional love of soul” acknowledges that the human ego is based in judgment and the soul exists without judgment. Unconditional love is incompatible with judgment situations. Consider love in normal human society ruled by the ego: can it ever be unconditional? Can you unconditionally love a spouse who loves another as much as or more than you? Can you love your abuser, your master, your betrayer unconditionally? Within the ego, because it judges right and wrong, good and bad, poor and better, you will never reach unconditional love.

“To live each day in communion with your fellow souls in unconditional love” shows the ultimate goal for your current lifetime. This destination is to fully recognize, not only your soul self in its human body, but all the other souls sharing this Earth trip. When you reach this point in your incarnation you are able to communicate not only with the physical beings around you but also the non-physical souls in the Universe. You have remembered yourself and taken your place within the entirety of existence.

Reminders and commitments

January 20, 2009 at 12:10 pm | Posted in The journey within | Leave a comment

Here’s some points i want to note down after a 3 hour session with HS yesterday.

1) One of the biggies  i need to learn in this lifetime is COMPASSION – and all the challenges i face in my life is for helping me to learn that very lesson.

2) The most challenging ones around me are the most loving souls who have contracted to play out those roles to help me learn compassion, amongst other things.

3) SPIRITUAL PRACTICE – without which, i will get lost in life’s struggles and forget all the wisdom and resources within me.

4) Little boy is here more to support me than vice versa – i wld do better as a parent by doing whatever i need to do to raise my vibrations.

5) Love and attention foremost; discipline comes later.

6) SPIRITUAL PRACTICE – or my soul will cry…

7) There is no rush to enlightenment… my soul has been striving towards that for eons, and i can take all the time in the world to learn the lessons i need to learn. Be patient with myself.

8) There is always a larger Divine Source that i can turn to.

9) The best and cheapest form of therapy is spiritual practice.

10) SPIRITUAL PRACTICE…

Yup, she made her point very clear and yes, i got it THIS time. After so many ons and offs, i finally make a commitment to myself to either meditate or chant if not both every single day, even on travels.

HS is really an inspiration for me to practice. She prob spends 1/3 of her time on spiritual practice, and that’s why her private practice is so powerful. She prob doesn’t serve as many clients as those in the conventional setting, but i’m sure her success rate is close to 100%.

Well, less time on the comp, more time on practice! Time to take a walk down to Amitabha Buddhist Centre and find a nice place to do some chanting.

May you find your personal moments to reconnect to the Source, both within and without.

Delay tactics

January 14, 2009 at 7:35 pm | Posted in Letters to my little boy | Leave a comment

Dear little boy,

For a boy your age, you’re a master of time and manipulation! You have learnt the art of saying no without saying no, and this is how you do it.

“Not yet”
“Later”
“Finish this one first”
“Ok…” (without doing anything)
“Ummm…” (without doing anything too)

And the latest one…..

“Wait a minute!”

I don’t know where you learnt all those phrases from. Some from me, undoubtedly, but i definitely cannot account for all of them.

You have also learnt to distract Mee-mee very well by commenting on something or asking me an irrelevant question whenever i’m asking you to do something. I’m almost embarassed to blog here that your tactics succeed 90% of the time… *groan*. To think that i’m no match for a little boy like you…

While i’m worried that i give in too much to you, i also remind myself that sometimes i whine to your Papa too, and it pleases me greatly when HE gives in to me, and that doesn’t make me a bad person – rather, it makes me feel his love for me.

Of course, the same goes for you too, and i know that for every whining and delay tactics you employ, you show many more examples of consideration, caring, good naturedness and love.

So i guess this is a lesson for me to use my heart and not my head when parenting you… and in improving in this aspect, it will extend in other areas of my life. There is still more improvement to make, and i hope that with every harsh word and action that I expres towards you, i make up with loving and gentle ways a million-fold.

Do be patient with me my dear boy, and i promise to be patient with you too.

With infinite love,

Mee-mee
